Sometimes you just need a good adult drink. Well, I quite often need a good adult drink. For cozyness, or because your friends are coming over for game night, or because of the Christmas movie countdown with your family, or you got cute new glasses, or because the weather outside is frightful but the fire is so delightful…really, any reason counts for me. After drinking what seemed like gallons of mulled wine over the past few weeks (‘Glühwein’ is very popular in Germany) I needed something different and lighter to top off the Christmas Puddinis. And, as you know, everything with apples are always a good pick. Light up the fireplace (or a candle) and let the cozy times begin.
