About the project

I am, what one would call, an amateur baker.
Though I prefer: mama and self-taught home kitchen baker that loves almost nothing more than feeding loved ones with baked goodies. And yes this is my cat.
Through all this rumble of reading recipes, pre-heating the oven, stirring batters and tossing ingredients around, this is a qoute I like to think describes baking pretty well.
